Pros will like it for fairway drives that go straight and far with a dependable fade at the end. Amateurs will use it for overstable, hyzer approaches with extra glide.
The Prodigy Disc Feedback is an overstable fairway driver developed with Kevin Jones as part of the Prodigy Collabs Series. As controllable of a disc as they come, the Feedback can hold a line with little movement left-to-right for the majority of its flight before a dependable fade helps you hit your landing spot. It can withstand a windy day and players will notice a broken-in feel fresh from the factory.
Kevin likes to use the Feedback for a variety of disc golf shots, including big sweeping hyzers and pinpoint line drives when he needs to needle through a gap.
“I'm throwing the Feedback for anything between 340 to 400 feet when I need to hit a line with a finish at the end,” said Kevin. “I prefer it on backhand throws, and my more beat-up Feedback will slow turn to the right, while my new ones will have no turn to the right and fade harder. It flies like a beat-in FX-2, but has a different feel to it. The FX-2 is deeper compared to the more shallow Feedback, which may make it more comfortable for smaller hands.”
The Feedback is the third disc from Kevin Jones in the Prodigy Collabs Series, joining the Distortion approach disc and Reverb distance driver. Like the Feedback, the Distortion and Reverb are both overstable and more shallow than similar discs in the categories.
