Parker Welck joined the Prodigy Disc Team mid-season in 2022 and hit the road on the Disc Golf Pro Tour full-time in 2023. Parker burst onto the scene with a victory at June's DGPT Elite event Dynamic Discs Open in Emporia, Kansas.

Luke Humphries joined the Prodigy Disc Team in 2020 after a successful amateur career, in which he captured the 2018 PDGA Amateur Disc Golf World Championship and was the runner-up in the 2018 United States Amateur Disc Golf Championship. Luke is also well-known as a disc golf media personality, hosting the OTB Skins series on GK Pro alongside his trusty canine companion, Hogan.

“Peacock Alley” was a nickname given to Highway 41 at the height of chenille bedspread popularity. The most recognizable patterns on the bedspreads were peacocks that decorated the exterior of the Dalton-area chenille shops. Women’s disc golf continues to grow around the world, and the 2023 United States Women's Disc Golf Championship is expecting close to 350 players to compete across more than 20 professional and amateur divisions in search of a Major championship.

Isaac Robinson won the 2023 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championship by two strokes on Sunday at Smugglers’ Notch Resort in Jeffersonville, Vermont with a final score of 46-under par. This is the 22-year-old’s first World Championship and second career Major championship. He won his first Major earlier this season, the PDGA Champions Cup.

Heading into PDGA Pro Worlds, Prodigy Disc players have recorded more combined wins on the Disc Golf Pro Tour, PDGA EuroTour, European Pro Tour, and Prodigy Disc Pro Tour in 2023 than any other disc golf manufacturer.

Caroline Henderson burst onto the scene at the 2023 Las Vegas Challenge with a ninth place finish. In 2023, she’s raised her PDGA player rating by almost 40 points and to date has 14 career PDGA wins, including three FPO B-tier victories. Henderson began playing sanctioned disc golf events in 2021 and signed a three-year contract with Prodigy Disc in 2023.

At the Jim Palmeri's 50th AFDO in Rochester, NY, Ezra Robinson and Chantel Budinsky earned their first career DGPT wins. Chantel is the first Canadian player to win a DGPT event.

National Disc Golf Day is the first Saturday in August. It was founded with the help of the PDGA in 2016. No one owns Disc Golf Day, we all share and celebrate it together.
