Caroline Henderson | In The Bag 2023

Caroline Henderson burst onto the scene at the 2023 Las Vegas Challenge with a ninth place finish in her first-ever Disc Golf Pro Tour Elite event. In 2023, she’s raised her PDGA player rating by almost 40 points and to date has 14 career PDGA wins, including three FPO B-tier victories. Henderson began playing sanctioned disc golf events in 2021 and signed a three-year contract with Prodigy Disc in 2023. 

As a former high-level softball player, Caroline Henderson has instilled a similar mindset and training regimen to her disc golf development and is equally prolific off the tee with a forehand shot as she is with a backhand. Henderson has been documenting her progress as a touring pro on her YouTube channel. 

Caroline relies on a lot of discs in her bag, preferring to have each disc perform specific functions.
